We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
Returns & Replacements
We will replace any defect products within 7days of receipt of the product. If you are returning it other than defect, there will be 15% restocking fee charged will be applied. Must call in advance and notify us for return and we will provide RA# (return authorized number) to put it on out side of the box. Soon as we receive the mercandise and inspection has been done, we will send the replacement or credit. Note: shipment will be rejected and be returned if there's no RA# written on the box itself.
